For those of you have had the privilege of crossing paths with Kurt he is just a sensational bloke. Someone you would have great pleasure introducing and just being in the company of. Loves a great yarn and will always give you the time of day.

Having read his book “Pushing the Limits” I could not recommend it highly enough. Gold Medals, crawling the Kakoda Track on his hands and knees, and tales of humble beginnings. People like Kurt give us perspective. Take control and remember that on the other side of fear is NOTHING.

Brett Robinson from LIFE writes:

There’s many reasons why I love this bloke.  The first one is that he grew up in a small country town in NSW called Carcoar, which is much smaller than my home town of Cobar for that matter.  He’s also the survivor of many hardships and adversities; and inspires and teaches others his mentally resilient traits through his motivational speeches, school visits, and hard grind in sport and worldly adventures
